Upgrade to Sky Q

My old Sky+ box has died.  The virtual assistant said I could upgrade to Sky Q at no extra cost.  However, the page it leads me to doesn't have Sky Q as an option.  Anyone know what to do in this situation?  Thank you

As @Mark39 says you will need to call to upgade - hopefully you can get past the bot.

You may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

An alternative,  should you wish, is to look for a 2nd SKY HD box on the likes of ebay
