Just received a new sky q box, tv works ok, but everything else says i need to upgrade, already a sky q customer?

Is this whilst downloading? Are you trying to download in HD without the HD add-on?

@David2748 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
