Updates
Yet again my Sky box is updating. This feels like an almost daily event. If i'm paying for a service that is substandard or broken, i will move to a different provider. So far it has been updating for 45 minutes. Im paying for a service that i cant use. Really poor. And theres nobody you can contact to try and resolve it. Im researching different providers.

The last Q Software update was months ago.

Well I'm looking at a blue screen and unable to watch television

Hi @CityLofts But is clearly not updating as the last update was ages ago. It must be another problem with your box. Probably best to move to another provider or try to get it fixed.

Hi @CityLofts
Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
