Update 14/15 November what happened.

Before this update that has just happened the HD  picture was really good but now after it it just looks weird and not right sorry can't fully explain.

it's almost like there in UHD and HDR not HD that I prefer it's stressing me as looks bad and when fast moving in screen  can be dizzying and hard to see what's happening.

has anyone else noticed picture is different after latest update that looks worse at least it does to me.

(Shame no way to turn back to what was before this update.)

What update are you referring to?

I am just another Sky customer!

Sounds very much like this is a tv firmware update, thus the tv should be fully powered off, main plug removed for five minutes then powered up again.

Also check the tv picture settings as they could have been reset to default, thus the motion settings might be incorrect.
