failed engineer's visit

I was expecting an Engineer to visit yesterday between 12 noon and 5.00 p.m. and failed to appear.

 

I am 85 years old. 

 

The situation now is not only confusing but also distressing.

 

Can I just get an engineer to help.

You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. Call Sky to establish why there wasn't a visit as planned.

 

In the meantime what was the Sky Q issue and someone here may be able to help.
