This is usually caused by trying to download a version in UHD or HD without having the relevant Add ons
You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD (or HD if you have HD and trying to download in UHD)
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
In sky steam HD is standard in all packages there is no SD channels
Yes SKY Stream is HD for most channnels (I think there now may be a few SD only channels that have made it onto stream) but there are no downloads on Stream where my advice would be irrelevant
My advice was given on the usual cause we see here, although there can be others including, but not limited to, card authorisations not being correct
