Order a new Q box tried to cancel then another company took over called ID mobile and try to charge 29.00

Your post isn't very clear, Was this an additional Sky Q mini box or a replacement for a faulty box? 

What other company?

Hi @Woodyman66 Where did you order a SKYQ box from? SKY or Currys?

ID mobile is a company owned by Currys?
