Morning yesterday evening I downloaded and recorded a movie from Sky Cinema for my Grandchildren to watch in their bedroom this morning when the woke up but they were unable to view it. I have Sky Q with 4 mini boxes. It was fine to watch on the main Sky Q box but not via any of the mini boxes as we received a message on the screen advising the content cannot be viewed on this device. Any advice please.
Kind regards ESP6352

As @Daniel0210 indicates, Mini boxes cannot output UHD, and the main Q box is unable to take a UHD item and render it down to HD for Mini box use. You'll need to select All Formats and then HD when downloading content for Mini box viewing.
