Chanel 4 & 2 are not working

My channel 4 and 2 don't seem to be working. Can anyone help?

6am start

Does anyone know why all my boxes won't come on until 6am and how I can change. Thank you

See the below link. It would seem your main Sky Q box is set to Active or Eco.

In what way aren't they working? Any error message on screen when trying to view these channels?

@VL02NAS  Your posts you added to a thread in the Sky Stream for have been removed.

 

Sky Q & Sky stream are 2 different systems.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
