Unable to view TNT1 and Premier Sports

TNT 1  (Sky 410) and Premier Sports (Sky 412) are now unavailable. Why?

Is this on Sky Q and by not available what is actually happening when you try to view them ?

TNT 1 blue screen with : This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal etc

Premier Sports has a very blurred picture

There's your answer then. You'll need to contact Sky to arrange for an engineer.

I get exactly the same thing, "there's your answer then" isn't helpful is it? Honestly, why bother answering?
