Unable to receive several channels

I've been unable to receive several channels for the past two weeks. It says my signal is currently effected by a problem with my satalite signal. I've followed all the guidance with zero effect.

Hi @JM900 

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
