Hi @Helpme2

Try a Reset Settings in the Q box hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.

Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.

Resetting the settings will also reset:

Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

Hi @Helpme2 @oldfella

Is your package out of contract mine started playing up last week I have called sky to be told yes I am out of contract it ran out on 27th May to be told I need to upgrade spent 1 hour on phone with the lady (she was nice, but doing her job to upgrade and sell me extra products) package increase from £79/month to £87/month then say once I had said OK then go ahead to say my tv would be able to work in the next 24 hours once she had put the order through then proceed to book in a slot to get me the new box and mini box I don't want with additional multi-room i dont need but it's a free upgrade and the slot is in middle of August so 2 months away I told her cancel I will go to another supplier for everything.  Then she tried to back peddle saying we'll there may just be a technical issue with the box and she would give me customer services number to that i said goodbye and now am sat here fuming and deciding to just ditch sky altogether.
