Unable to connect to broadband, reset the router and unsuccessful connection error message, HELP!

Hi 

I've tried to connect a few times and always get the unsuccessful connection message, also states may need a sky q booster!

Any help would be appreciated, 🙏🏻

Hi, this is still unresolved and I've not had any advice on how to resolve. I need a tech support engineer to talk me through possible fixes.
