Spent nearly 3 hours on the phone on Saturday trying to link Sky Q to the internet. When this was unsuccesful I was told that an engineer needed to visit as it is likely that we need a new box but this couldn't be booked as, supposedly, there is already an open visit booked - for last December!
Waited the 72 hours requested for this error to be resolved and for the return call to make the booking - no call came. Contacted customer services again only to be told the problem has still not been cleared so will have to be sent through to "the back office" yet again

well if someone does know how to make Sky take it seriously and either cancel the no existent appointment or move it that would be helpful

Check back in & look out for a blue chat bubble. It will expire after 48 hours if you don't respond.
