Main tv will not switch on although the second tv is working okay

I am using control but cannot switch on main tv. Have changed batteries in control but this has made no difference

Hi @Johnmackie 

Have you tried switching the Main Q box by pressing the Standby button on the front of the Q box (the Amber led).

If this works 

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Have tried to reboot to but the green line is on the tv box but nothing else is happening.

Hi @Johnmackie 

A reboot restarts the Q box but also puts in into standby with an Amber led.

Did you get the onscreen message after the reboot and how did you get the green led?
