Unable to activate Paramount plus (free with sky cinema)

Upgraded to sky cinema with paramount plus free. Trying to activate paramount plus and I keep getting 'Uh -Oh. And error occurred, but we've working on fixing it. We'll be up and running again shortly!'

I have turned everything off, re-booted, updated apps but still the same message - HELP!
