Unable to access live TV

I have never been able access live TV in the whole 3 years I have had it, I have requested someone come out and install for me...I am disabled, you were unwilling to help so I therefore intend to cancel.

Hi @Julie_Fielding   It is not possible to have Sky Q without a Sky engineer installing it. So the question is why you need someone to install it?

My Sky Q Do not Work at all Without a Satellite Signal. It Shows, to use this Service you need a Satellite Signal.

What are you actually using your Sky box for if there's been no live TV for three years? The box will stop working after a week or so without a satellite signal. Something doesn't add up about this.

As I said I've never used it as it has never been connected properly hence I am only able to watch catch up TV through the Internet, no love TV and no Netflix!

@Julie_Fielding If you have a Sky Q box that needs connecting to a satellite dish then when you ordered Sky Q an engineer should have come and provided your box put a satellite dish up if you didn't have one and connected your box to the dish. Do you have a picture of the box you were given from Sky
