UPgraded to multiroom

Last week i upgraded to sky multiroom and was wondering how long it takes for the Q mini box to arrive 

 

I can see on my orders that one has been sent out yet

Did you order a mini box? It's not automatically added if you add Multiscreen.

hi @Spaws 

 

Did you specifically check that one would be sent as it is not always automatic

i am not sure i think i did ,,, because i seem to remember it asking how many i wanted and if more than 1 there was a charge

I added my mini box when I originally upgraded from Sky+HD to Sky Q so the mini box was brought and installed by the engineer. I was under the impression an engineer attended for a first mini box but if it's sent out it's for self-install.

Thank you for your help i called sky got through in 5 mins.... spoke to a nice guy who said that i supposed to have one sent but for some reason i hadnt.... so he arranged for one to be sent in next couple days and refunded a weeks loss of access win win 😊
