UHD not downloading

When i try to download a program in UHD i keep getting Download Failed. I have tried updating the software and re-booting but nothing had worked.

Hi @livepool 

Updating the Software if already on the latest version achieves nothing.

Exactly what UHD content are experiencing an issue with?
