I have recently instructed you to cancel UHD add on.
This is currently shown as pending cancel.
Could you please stop this happening and reinstate.
I still wish to cancel the Movies

Hi @neil+salisbury This is a customer ran forum. You'll need to contact Sky again to instruct them to remove the cancel request and also to advise the need to remove movies.

you will need to contact Sky to amend these services
You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
