I am unable to connect my sky q boxes to the main box

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Turn both the main box and the Minis off at the plug. Wait for 30 seconds and turn on the main box. When it has fully restarted turn on the Minis and check to see if they connect.
