UHD Sound Distortion

Download of LEE from Sky Cinema in UHD has constant background sound distortion. TV & Sky Q software both up to date. 
using Apple Home sound speakers. 
managed to download HD version and this runs perfectly. 
Any suggestion on a solution - other downloads so far seem to run ok.

That seems to indicate a potential problem with the master they've uploaded.  I'll give mine a whirl later and see...

Changed Digital Audio Output to Dolby Digital looks as though UHD downloads don't like Digital Plus.

I think this deprives me of Dolby Atmos though.
