I want the. English TV service not the Welsh

Give Sky a call and report this and they can hopefully reset your viewing card based on your new postcode.

Hi @MovedtoBrum
Your local regions depend on your Postcode. Are Sky aware you have moved ?
If so you need to make sure they have your new postcode correctly.
