So went to download The Bill to watch last night and I went to fast forward the advert at the beginning and the show would not pause, play or even go back a menu. Its like the remote is completely dead or delaying its response by a few seconds. Then went to go back to the menu were you have your recordings and the remote or the box would not respond. This seems to be the only show that's it's happening with.
Already tried the following:
Replaced batteries in remote
Reset the Sky Q remote
Unpluged the Sky Q box at the wall
Tried different shows which all work fine.
