It's usually the Q box that's turns on the TV, so I would start by simply checking the HDMI cable that connects your Q box to your TV is firmly seated.
Check the TV is on the right input for Sky Q, you can normally change this manually using an "input" button on the remote. If none of this works, I would be tempted to power cycle the Q box and TV, by turning both off at the mains for at least 5 minutes before turning them back on.
