Re: Tv shuts down
Hi @Roy+wx Do you mean the TV, or the Sky Q box?

Re: Tv shuts down
Hi @Roy+wx Please answer the question. This is a help community for the Sky Q box, you will need to talk to your TV manufacturer for help with your TV.

Re: Tv shuts down
Hi @Roy+wx Describe exactly what happens when you say "TV shuts down". Does the TV turn off completely or is it simply a blank screen. What happens to the Sky Q box, does the light remain on green? Do you see any error messages etc.

Try pressjng the menu button on the tv remote when it happens. Simple diagnosis. If that works, it's the Q box that's locked up/shutdown.

Re: Tv shuts down
Pressing any buttons on remote before or whilst it is in the process of shutting down makes no difference. To try again you have to power off and on again

Re: Tv shuts down
I don't mean while it's happening. I meant afterwards to confirm the TV is still working and operating normally so you know it's the Q box that has gone wrong. Hence "diagnostic".
