Hi I need a new sky remote my daughter has broke mine and can't watch the tv is there anyway I can order a new one

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

Should you have a wait for a new one, or just as an alternative, If you have an iphone or Ipad then there is an option in the SKY Go app to use a virtual remote - unfortunately this not available on android devices yet
