What exactly do you see onscreen and what colour is the led on the front right of the Q box?

As you've posted on the Sky Q board I presume you believe your Sky Q box isn't working rather than the TV?

 

Youll need to provide some more information for us to possibly advise you. What are you seeing? Any error messages on the screen?
