Hi All,
I've been directed here by the troubleshooter as "It is fixed" after rebooting the sky Q box, but it has happened 3 days in a row now (I think) so there may be an underlaying issue that hopefully someone has seen before.
Turning on the TV and Sky Q box, TV comes on and reports no signal, Sky Q goes from Amber to Green.
Pressing the power button on the sky remote toggles back to standby, and then green again, still no signal.
Removing the power from the Sky Q and rebooting, the TV immediatly springs to life and we have to watch the bootup for 5 mintues.
Has anyone seen this before, and suggest a fix, or is it a failing Sky Q box, and I need to select "rebooting didn't fix the issue" - to get an engineer out?
