Apps not working through sky

None of my apps are opening through sky q (eg netflix, prime etc). They will open up on my phone so it is not an Internet problem but an issue with sky q

Ok so it's not showing your current subscription when you hit "Get P+"

 

it's showing you all the options because it has no idea who you are.

 

To login, you should have chosen a password (and told them your email address) when you first activated P+

 

Try a password reset via their web platform.

@GL59 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

if that doesnt work

you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

Same issue but only Paramount, keeps asking to "get paramount+" but shows my existing package anyway or "sign in". Tried turning off and on to no effect. Engineers menu does not appear either.

Which engineer's menu? The Q one? How are you trying to access it?

Actually sorted out the engineers menu but refreshing the apps sees no change and no access to Paramount, simply takes me to the sign in/subscription page option. Shows current subscription but no other options other than pay to increase it.

Requests email and password. I'm not sure if I ever had a password but tried password reset anyway but nothing came of that (I.e no email link to do so).
