Turned my TV on but light on the sky box stay yello and won't turn greeneem

I have switched my TV on but light ont sky box won't turn green.  Stay yellow.   Tried gew yimes including restarting Internet

I switched my TV on but the light on the box won't turn green. Stays yellow. Tried several times including restarting Internet

@Eva121 where the amber light is, is also a button press that to see if it will come on in case its a problem with the remote
