Turn off mini tv sky Q

Can I remove the mini tv from the sky q planner screen?

Since I never watch live TV and don't have the sports package I leave the box 'tuned' to channel 401. At least then I don't get spurious sound when browsing my recordings and all that's showing is a black window with 'You need to upgrade...'.
