Hi @treveeer 

Afraid you cannot Add (or remove) Apps on Sky Q and all content is determined by Sky

Exactly what match are you trying to watch?

Was trying to watch borussia dortmund but had same problem trying to watch west ham a couple of weeks ago

Unfortunately many of the Sky Sport Apps Matches can on be watched onthe App

Do not have a problem with having to watch on the app but find it ridiculous that you can't get the sky app on the sky box when it is the only way to view these games and the sky box already hosts loads of other apps

It hosts the apps which Sky chooses to be there: for whatever reason that doesn't include in-app access to Sports content.

I realise that but still ridiculous considering it is content that I pay a subscription for but can't enjoy .
