Trying to watch a recording abd message on sll recording says This program no longer available and

I would like to watch my recording but not able 

As message saying This program no n longer available. 

Tried to watch on catch-up but won't download. 

I record allot and want to watch st my convenience

What's the programme as some do have licensing limitations?

Thanks resolved now, I just unplugged it and it's fine now.

Perhaps note that while an actual Recording taken from a broadcast EPG channel tends to remain indefinitely, downloads (even if the same content as Box Set/catch-up) may not.
