Trying to sign up online to say Q / stream

Hi,

 

I'm trying to sign up to sky q / stream but keeps on coming up the following message attached.  Any help would be much appreciated 👍

It's showing when I try sign up on Sky Q and tried Stream and it's doing the same

Initially try the suggestion by @MightyQuinn clear the cache, try a different browser or a different device.
