I recently got sky q which included quite few apps including discovery+ the engineer told me to register and sign in to each app myself and I did successfully except for discovery + each time I tried to register and sign in with my sky I'd a message came up from Sky to say " we cannot do this at this time. Please try later. I didn't bother as rarely use it but now I need it for tennis and same message. I tried ringing sky but as I'm in my 80s and bit deaf I couldn't understand what they were saying so just gave up. Can anyone help with a simple instruction?

Thankyou. I followed your instructions and went through sky marketplace and under my products it says I have discovery plus with sky sports subscription so I followed the link to activate and got same message.
"We cannot do that at the moment. Try again later when we have got everything back to normal" been saying that since January. Thanks anyway.
