Hi @antndoc The starting point for voice command issues is to power reboot everything. First reboot your broadband router to refresh its DNS, followed by the Sky Q Main box and any Mini boxes. Are you seeing any messages on screen. Have you confirmed that the remote is Bluetooth paired to the box. Tried new batteries in the remote.
