Trying to renew Sky Q Contract

Sky's [content removed] website doesn't provide an option to renew my contract with exactly the same products that I already have, it only provides options apparently to upgrade or downgrade!

 

Is there anyway of contacting an actual human being online to discuss this, or do I need to phone [content removed]
