Netflix stopped showing Top Ten Films & Previews

I have the same issue seems it needs updating so I think sky have to do that but I can't find out anything else. It's still not working in sky but is on app. Anyone had any luck getting it fixed?

Having the exact same issue. Works fine on all other TVs and Sky Q mini-boxes just not the main one. Got in touch with Netflix but they said it's a Sky Q issue.

Yep seems they have downgraded the software for Netflix due to other issues so not it's not updating properly. So I'm using it on my smart tv app now as sky are just bloody useless

I always used it on my smartTV app anyway, it's got some features (like proper 24fps support) that the Sky app has never had.
