One of my ski mini boxes constantly losing connection with sky q box,

One of our Sky mini boxes constantly losing connection with Sky Q box and now won't reconnect, other mini box which is further away connects fine

How are you trying to reconnect it?

Does it have anything in the way between it and the Q like an oven or a thick supporting wall?

No we have a mesh system and everything else connected works fine

Are you on Sky broadband? If not, it can't (won't) use your mesh.
