Can’t find viewing card number sky q

Please can someone give up to date info on how to find your viewing card number on sky q? I can only find out of date info saying go to settings and choose system info, but it doesn't say that it says system management and no mention of VCN? Also can't find it mentioned anywhere on my sky app. I need it to link to my DAZN account? Thanks for any help.

Isn't it still printed physically on the card If you can't find it in the menus?

hi @Laoh89 

 

It should show as the first entry in :

Hom - Settings - System Info 

(other entries should include Software Version, Hardware Version amongst others)

 

If you don't see these may I suggest  a restart of your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode
Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)
Wait at least 30s
Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.
