Thumbnails blank itv1 sky Q

Hi everything due  to air  on itv1 all next  week havent  got thumbnails and they not  showing via search and on this week issue on sky go and sky Q please iv emailed viewers team and no reoly but had no reply from  them  the last twice iv emailed them and iv given them  at least 3 days to reply and  no reply so can someone on here please help
