I've just had to reboot my new box 🙈. I've emailed a complaint and told them if it's not sorted I will cancel as its not fit for purpose.

I'm more sick of the hubby moaning about it  haha. It is a joke tho as some people pay a lot of money for a service that does not work. It been like this for well over a week now.

I'm into the second week now, it is driving me nuts. They charge enough for this rubbish service.

I really can't put into words my level of frustration now since my last post - this has been ongoing since 23 April. Even with a new box on 28 April, still the same error - all my recordings have failed - just say power cut or programme not available. Same with catch up to channels the error says technical fault please try again later. I cannot keep turning the box on and off from the power - it's been nearly 3 weeks of this and I'm paying a really high subscription and will be expecting some sort of compensation for basically not being able to use the service as expected.  
Why is it taking so long for the sky team to sort this out? It's really unacceptable.

  • That's now almost two weeks now I've had to reboot my Sky Q box daily and from this thread it's obviously this is a problem affecting loads of people. So when is this getting fixed as I'm at the stage now where I'm so fed up I just want to cancel my THIRTY YEAR OLD Sky subscription and chuck the box in the bin.
