i am an avid viewer of the Super Rugby from the Southern hemisphere and have been recording three or four games a week end for the last five months. i have been setting these to record as they are early in the morning due to the time zones.
we have reached the Semi Final stages and when i try to record the games on my planner i get the message
"This program can not be recorded "
Sky Sports Action 408 ....... 08:00am on Friday 13th June and 06:00am on Saturday 14th June25
Has anyone experienced this ?
How did you resolve it ?
i have spoken with customer services ....waist of time treated like a mushroom

I had this a few weeks ago with a programme my wife wanted to record. I emailed the Viewer Relations Team and they sorted it within 24 hours. Email them at viewerR@sky.uk

I have the same problem. I was away and as there have been 85 games so far and I think tjey have not made the games available less than 5 times. (I believe). Now we have the Semi Final and it is not available on Catch Up....WHY?
The second semi final is there!
It is like a team getting to the Semi Final and then not turning up to play. I would google it to find out if the game was played but if it was played then I am probably be shown the result.
Please do something about it.

With the number of years you've been on the Community you should remember this is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.
