There is a technical problem. Please try again later.

My sky keeps stopping and displaying the message "There is a technical fault. Please try again later ", this is happening every five minutes.  I've tried resetting to factory reset but nothing seems to work. 

 

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it? Sky customer support seems none existent.
