There is a technical fault...

Watching Sky F1 UHD, and getting the message:

 

"There is a technical fault with this channel.  Please try again later."

 

On a solid blue screen.

 

Pressing pause, then play, brings the screen back on, but then a few minutes later the same thing happens.

 

I've reset the box, reset the settings.. and the same thing happens.  Doesn't happen on any other channel.

 

Dodgy box?

Hi possibly. It could clear it self. Give a few days and then see. If not call up.

Done all the resetting possible.

 

Same thing still happens, and on the mini box now too, with most recordings

Same here for last few days.  Can watch F1 on 401 (main event) but not on channel 406.  Any fix?

We stopped getting this specific issue, BUT... we have so many occasions when the SkyQ boxes stop communicating that we put an IP switch on the main box, and basically power-cycle the main box perhaps 2-3 times a day when it goes wrong.  So maybe continual restarts is what fixed it for us.  Appreciate the 406 issue often is not sorted with a restart, but coincidentally our issue stopped when we put the IP switch in.
