@Sian24  You'll need to call Sky.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Not answering the phone. How do I get a reply for a viewing card?

Do you need a viewing card to connect to Netflix?

@Sian24

You need a viewing card for any functionality, because Q boxes always require a subscription.

Sky sends the card by post out in advance of installation.

Unless the box is a replacement box, in which case @Sian24 you should have kept the card from the old box.

Just out of interest on this, can you watch free channels without a viewing card on sky Q?

No, because all Q television boxes are on loan from Sky so it's simply not legitimate to possess one without a subscription and an associated viewing card.

The Sky product for free to air reception, recording/playback and app use on Q is TV Essentials which Sky appears to offer from between £5 and £15 per month.
