Discussion topic: The sky dish was iinstallied pointing at a tree in wintertime. Now with leaves the signal is gone.

the enigeer said to cut the tree down. Is there a nother satellite?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@moybank Sky UK use the orbital position at 28 East, the dish can't be pointed at another satellite as it wouldn't get any of your channels.
Unless you can find a suitable location for the dish or you can get the tree pruned you options are going to be limited, to Sky stream.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
