The screen reads ‘There has been a problem finding your Sky Q box on the network’.
When I go through the instructions I end up at the same place. I've done this a number of times now.
No joy whats so ever how can I get help or would new mini box help ?
Thanks

@lauramac35 If Sky is your broadband provider
try rebooting your router
then
reboot your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then finally
reboot your mini box
If Sky is not your broadband provider then no need to reboot your router first
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
