The picture in my tv only shows half of peoples faces

My tv doesn't show a full screen so you only see some people with full faces  not there full complexion only half there heads

Try changing the aspect on your TV - sounds like you've enabled some sort of zoom mode.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
